Registration: 

 

• Pre-registration is required for all children in all classes (full sessions, "drop-ins", pop-ups, and make-ups).

•  Siblings under 6 months are free. Siblings 6 months and up are half-price.

• We communicate with classes primarily via email and send class reminders weekly. Please be sure that our emails are not going to your spam folders so that you don't miss anything important. Please let us know if you would like us to add any additional emails to your account.

Parent/Caregiver Participation:

​

• ​One or two actively participating adult(s) per family, please (except in drop-off/big kid classes)​

• Adult participation is an important part of our early childhood classes! The more you all sing, dance and play along, the more everyone benefits. Have fun and let 'er rip.

• Creating a space for grown-ups to connect is a priority for us. It is also difficult to sing and instruct over adult conversation. Please catch up before and after class and use your pipes for singing during class.

Make-Ups and Cancellations:

​

• When YOU have to miss a class: Make-ups for missed classes are not guaranteed, but we do reserve make-up spots in each Family/Baby class each week for this purpose, and would love to have you if there is room! You may schedule a Family or Baby class make-up here.  Make-ups for drop off/big kid classes are not available. 

​

 

• Once a session has begun, tuition is non-refundable. If you cannot continue a session, you may transfer your spot to another family, or request a credit to your Little Roots account for the remaining classes.

​

• When a TEACHER has to cancel: Teachers will occasionally sub in for one another. If a teacher must cancel a class and no sub is available, Little Roots will notify all families via email as soon as possible. The canceled class will be rescheduled for the week immediately following the end of the current session ("make-up week"). If a class cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a Little Roots credit in your account with us for that class. Because our drop-off/big kids classes do not have "make-up" class options, cancelled drop-off classes will be reimbursed.

• Weather Cancellations: We generally follow the lead of the local public schools for weather-related closings, and send email notifications if a class is going to be canceled due to unsafe driving conditions. Families can make the canceled class up by scheduling themselves a class in the "make-up scheduler".

IMPORTANT PARKING Rules and Safety:

​

• You may park out front of Little Roots in any spots except the two "Reserved for Edward Jones" spots on the end. Please do not park or idle in these two spots during business hours.

• Street parking is available all along Maple St and side streets unless marked otherwise.

• PLEASE DO NOT PARK or idle IN THE PARKING LOT OF NEIGHBORING ANY BUSINESS, including Pioneer Heating and Cooling and Wool and Dye Works, under any circumstances for any amount of time.

• For the safety of you, your children, patrons of neighboring business and other building tenants, children are not permitted to run the length of the porch.

• Children must be closely supervised and attended at all times while in or near the parking area, the sidewalk road and entire premises.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
